Your tetradrachm belongs to the Babylon series with the monogram 868710928_monogrammaBabilonia.GIF.1e19b2fa9753b67ba462effff18e5330.GIF and the letter M under the throne of Zeus like the dekadrachm and the didrachm.

1383638187_Decatetradidramma.GIF.24f4f6cf1aa4cf95d2aee06927390ef5.GIF

In the drachm, the hemidrachm, and the obol, the monogram remains below the throne of Zeus while the letter M, perhaps for reasons of space, is placed in the left field.

1802172839_Drammaemiobol.GIF.ccdfb88b20a4e2714e7fd93f22459ab6.GIF

Among these fractions I have in my collection the hemidrachm from Münzen & Medaillen 39, 27 Nov 2013.

My tetradrachm of the Phaselis mint (Gorny & Mosch 216).

Alexander III. der Große, 336 - 323 v. Chr. Tetradrachme (16,99g). ca. 209/8 v. Chr. Mzst. Phaselis. Vs.: Kopf des Herakles mit Löwenfell n. r. Rs.: AΛEΞANΔΡOΥ, Zeus mit Adler auf der R. nach l. thronend, l. im Feld I u. Φ. Price 2847; Müller 1185. ss-vz.

The Phaselis issues published by Martin J. Price in his reference book for the coins of Alexander the Great are a series of tetradrachms minted between c. 218 and 186 BC and numbered 2831 to 2875, each with the letter Φ and another letter or pair of letters indicating the date of minting year by year, from 218/17 BC to 186/5 BC.

My coin Price 2847 has the letter I corresponding to year 10 of civic issue, thus ca. 209/8 BC. The weight of the specimen published by Price is only 14.88 g, whereas the other specimens passed in auctions weigh 16.4 - 16.7 g. My coin weighs 16.99 g and was struck on a broad flan (32-34 mm).

Your tetradrachm is one of the issues of Alexander of Marathus with the anchor (Price 3434-51) which Newell saw to be parallel to those which he believed were of Aradus.

Marathus.jpg.0dcf944a7139a407b8e129f8aac4db84.jpg

To the Marathus’ mint is attributed the coin series of Philip III Price P159-67 consisting of tetradrachms except for the P166 hemidrachm that I have in my collection.
