Can you say something more about this coin?

Good evening.

There are a number of coins produced under Hadrian that do not fit into the style of the outcome of the Rome mint. These are not part of the output known as "Antioch", which has a clear, separate style.

Hadrian's main issue of these Eastern denarii seems to have been produced c. A.D. 129-131 and produced in connection with his second great provincial tour.

These coins are largely not covered in RIC but some have been covered in "Teil II: Die Reichsprägung zur Zeit des Hadrian". (Stuttgart, 1933). (Strack II), Strack, Paul L.

The usual obverse legend seen on these eastern coins is HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P, a legend that was used at Rome in A.D. 128-9.

Considerably rarer are Eastern denarii with obverse. legend HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS or HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, the first of which was used at Rome c. A.D. 125-8 and then again c. A.D. 129-131, and the second of which was Hadrian's latest obv. legend at Rome, used from c. 131 onwards.

Here is another example of what I am talking about:-

Obv:- HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P bare head right
Rev:- COS III, Virtus, standing right, holding scepter and parazonium; left foot raised, resting on helmet.
Unknown Eastern Mint. Bust style is very well executed and good enough to be from Rome.
Reference:- RIC -, cf RSC 355, cf BMC Page 380 #25 (Vienna) (draped bare head bust right) same reverse die though the image is very grainy.

Here is an example of the output of Antioch referred to above, which I mention above.

Obv:- IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, Laureate, cuirassed bust right, baldric strap over shoulder and across chest, seen from front (Bust Type B1)
Rev:- P M TR POTES III COS III, Fortuna standing left, holding rudder and cornucopia
Minted in Antioch
References:- RIC III -, RIC II 2972; BMCRE -; RSC 1179e var (bust type), which cites Strack *11; Note that RIC III gives the same catalog number to several bust type variations. Abdy had recorded three examples of this reverse type, all of which had a Aegis on the far shoulder. Whilst this coin is still allocated tp RIC 2972 it is a previously unknown bust variation.
