Reverse: Taras astride dolphin to left, holding trident and kantharos; monogram to right, TA-PAΣ below. Vlasto 938. HN Italy 1053. Da un raro, piacevole statere attribuito ad Olbia di Scizia ed al nome di Eminakos, forse un dinasta locale a noi noto solo attraverso le sue monete .

Come non appassionarsi a vedere monete come questa ? Giustamente poi perché accada bisogna mostrarle ...

Della moneta al post 1857, vale uno sguardo la ruota, ben definita al rovescio .

Le rappresentazioni di ruote non sono inconsuete sulla monetazione greca ma anche etrusca ed altra .

Non ricordo però di aver visto ruote con il cerchione con una apparente dentatura sul battistrada .
