Here's the differences between 308 and 311, 21-22mm vs 15mm...

ric 308 is listed with legend ending in CAES or CAE mine has CA only

It should be the RIC 308 - TRS - ..A my opinion the money has been restored in more 'points and the legend to R / was "bulinata" at the end.

Perhaps the engraver had not enough room... it could be a 308 variant.
